Sonic Drive-In

Slowest Sonic I have EVER been to. Went through drive through for 1 drink. One car in front of me. Left after 15 minute wait!! Can you say new manager!!

my go-to fast food.

Soni has good food but u have to be rich to feed a family of 4

That food came out fast and super good. Idk how they pulled it off

Ordered ahead for only shakes, drove 5 minutes and still over 5 minute wait with only maybe 6 cars in after arrival. Stated order was on it's way and still waited

My 4 star went down to 3. Our popcorn chicken was delicious and very hot! My drink was awsome made perfect! Our carhop was not very friendly! She was kinda rude. Like it was inconvenient for her to bring our food. She stood at the door with my drink talking and wouldn't bring it out.

Waited for 3 small shakes and they were like soup and melted.

Takes 10 to 15 mins to get a simple sandwich & drink at 745pm! Crazy

Slow! Or maybe just forgotten? We ordered shakes and 25 minutes later were still without them. They were busy and we were trying to be patient. So we waited... Once the screen announced our carhop was on her way we waited over 10 minutes and still were without shakes. I don't want a warm runny shake, do you? What a mess!

Great service by Shawna, food quality good, clean and curtiuos.

Stale tots and fries. Burgers consistent. If we're waiting that long at least get us fresh taters.

Generally this place is good, the 4 stars is for the occasional extremely long wait, and the one time they never acknowledged my presence at all and I was obliged to drive away and go somewhere else. Otherwise, my orders have been correct, they train their help to be polite and helpful as you can expect from such young staff, and the Sonic app makes it all better

Food is always wrong on top of the fact that it takes forever to receive and when you find out the super rude woman on the speaker is actually the manager well it's good this is one of the few restaurants in town because otherwise they would get no business.

Quick and easy food. Always fast and cheerful service. Soda flavor is sometimes a little off but that's a common problem with any place with fountain drinks. Ordering ahead through the app is frequently unavailable at this location.

Ordered a drink at 4:45 PM. Non Happy-Hour. 5 minutes later drink is gone. Full of ice

Slowest sonic fast food in the area. Ordered 2 lemon slush and a burger. Waited 20-25 minutes for my food. Other customers after me got their orders before I did.

Can I make this 0 stars? After ordering via app, I waited 25 minutes for my order. An additional 7 minutes after it popped up order was on way, carhop arrived. I refused my order and had my charges reversed. This sonic is ridiculous. 33 minutes...seriously??

Nice place to eat the food is up to Sonic quality. The service there is friendly. My only issue is that it can be a little slow at times in getting the food out to the customers.

Horrible customer service.. made breakfast burritos with the egg patties that are on breakfast sandwiches. So one side of my burrito had egg. LOUSY

Ordered a drink, there were maybe 3 cars there. Never saw the order on the screen and was never prompted to pay on the screen. Waited a while for my drink and finally left without it. This place has gone further downhill than it used to be.

I'm in Eudora Kansas and I guess I didn't know that the same specials are not in your door that are in Lawrence and Lawrence it says all drinks after 8 p.m. half price all . what they meant was only the ice cream drinks slushes and such I had a chili dog it took almost I don't know it seem like forever 5 or 10 minutes to get probably 5 minutes to order not usual for Sonic they were busy but I think they were just short-staffed I only saw two Waiter. It seems like forever to get the food I'm sure it wasn't I just had to go pick up my son and stopped in thinking it wouldn't take long but most of it was the weight quarter I thought they might have been a little better prepared lots of people in the kitchen it was just a longer wait than I thought should be usual

Great food and drinks a little pricey

Pretty fast. Ordered fish sandwiches and tater tots. Tasted good and hot. Cooked when ordered. Did not sit in a bin. Thank you.

Unfortunately everytime we go here our order is messed up completely many times I've ordered a ocean water slush and its white and taste like ice water when it should be blue and taste like coconut

It's another sonic. Sometimes fantastic experience sometimes pretty bad. Really just depends when you visit and what you order. Carhops are nice.

first time back here in over two years due to poor service and terrible food, got a meal and it was hot fresh, fries were fresh also, they have done some work wld go back again

Busy but great service

We went through drive thru. It was pretty quick. The drinks was on point. We got the mimosa.

My granddaughter ordered a tropical punch drink except we thought it was in a juice box and it wasn't. They took it without charging us and gave us a juice box instead. Very good service.

They didn't compete the order. I imagine its difficult working in fast food. But could completely the order.

Their frozen slushes are perfect on a hot summer day.

Each time i have visited they have been so friendly and nice! My order is always fast and correct.

Prompt service and area was clean. Server was friendly as well.

This place is lousy. The last 3 times I've been there they've messed up my order. Dairy Queen will be getting all my business from now on.

Burger was fresh and tasty. Happy hour drinks at half-price! We havent been to Eudora sonic in awhile but food and service was great!

Ordered a chocolate cheesecake shake received choc shake. Stated they would remake I sat her 45 minutes and had to push the button again.
